Paté of Prietas Olives
Pate from Prietas Olives, is made from riped olives of the manzanilla fina family, from the Sevillian countryside, respecting its natural ripening cycle and dehydrated in salt for a minimum of 35 days.
Once the olive is gathered, it is seasoned with the typical seasonings of the slaughter; garlic, oregano, extra virgin olive oil, spicy red pepper and mixed spices, which gives the nuances to the final product, which we could find a resemblance with traditional black pudding, but with the perk that it is 100% natural and a vegetable product, becoming an excellent vegan alternative to other more industrial olives.
Valued for its taste, this pate has an infinity of alternative cooking uses, mainly used as canapés, vegan pizza base, side dishes to meat or fish dishes and even rices and dressings.
It’s such a pure product, that with only a small amount that you add to your dish, its sweet yet fuller taste will seep into your dish, since it’s a product with little manufacturing process, that it’s nearly like eating it from the tree.
